I have a ticket for one of the cancelled events

The Fondazione Teatro La Fenice would like to thank the public for all their support

I don’t apply for a refund:
 I support the music and La Fenice Opera House because culture means civil conscience. If you don’t apply for a refund, you can write to [email protected] not later than the date of the purchased show. We would like to thank you for your support synonymous with important civil conscience.

  • I have a ticket for the concert conducted by Riccardo Muti on March 8th: you will receive by e-mail communications about the tickets.
  • I have a ticket for the New Year Concert on January 1st 2021:
    – Those who bought the tickets online could apply for a refund writing an email to [email protected] not later than December 27th 2020. Otherwise it will be possible to request a voucher accessing the website https://shop.vivaticket.com/ita/voucher from January 7th until February 6th 2021.
    – Purchases at the box offices: it will be possible to apply for a refund not later than December 27th 2020 o request a voucher from January 7th until February 6th 2021 writing an email to [email protected]
  • I have a ticket for the New Year Concert on December 29th, 30th and 31st 2020:
    If you have a ticket purchased online: you can ask for the refund writing an email to [email protected] not later than December 13th 2020.
    Otherwise you can request the voucher accessing https://www.vivaticket.it/eng/voucher from December 16th 2020 until January 15th 2021.
    If you purchased at the ticket office: you can request the refund not later than December 13th 2020 or ask for the voucher from December 16th 2020 until January 15th 2021, writing an email to [email protected].
  • I have a ticket for the concerts conducted by Juraj Valčuha on October 30th and 31st 2020: you will receive by e-mail in the next days communications about the tickets.
  • I have a ticket for the concert conducted by Riccardo Muti on November 23rd: you will receive by e-mail in the next days communications about the tickets.
  • I have a ticket for Fidelio from November 20th until November 28th 2020:  you will receive by e-mail in the next days communications about the tickets.
  • I have a ticket for the concerts conducted by Myung-Whun Chung on November 27th and 29th 2020:  you will receive by e-mail in the next days communications about the tickets.
  • I have a ticket for La Traviata from 27th August until 26th September: Due to the legislative decree DPCM 17-03-2020 n.18 converted into law 27/2020 subsequently modified by DL n.34 of 19/05/2020 you can ask for a voucher for the same amount of the ticket not later than 23rd August 2020.
  • I have a ticket for Il Trovatore on 25th and 27th September: Due to the legislative decree DPCM 17-03-2020 n.18 converted into law 27/2020 subsequently modified by DL n.34 of 19/05/2020 you can ask for a voucher for the same amount of the ticket not later than 23rd August 2020.
  • I have a ticket for Il Trovatore on 4th October 2020: the show will be performed in semi-scenic form on the same date and time.
  • I have a ticket for La Traviata on 4th October 2020 – Il Trovatore from 10th and 13th October – Il barbiere di Siviglia on 3rd – 8th – 14th – 16th – 27th October and La cambiale di matrimonio: Online tickets will be refunded automatically with the amount credited back to the credit card used for the purchase; tickets purchased at the points of sale will be refunded by bank transfer from 1st October by the date of the purchase show; for info +39 041 272 2699.
  • I have a ticket for Aida: Due to the legislative decree DPCM 17-03-2020 n.18 converted into law 27/2020 subsequently modified by DL n.34 of 19/05/2020 you can ask for a voucher for the same amount of the ticket not later than 6th August 2020.
  • I have a ticket purchased online
    If you have a ticket purchased online please access https://www.vivaticket.it/eng/voucher where it will be possible to request the voucher within the deadlines listed above;
  • I have a ticket purchased at La Fenice box office, at VeneziaUnica Points or through the Call Center
  If you have a ticket purchased at VeneziaUnica Points or through the Call Center for a cancelled show scheduled from 8th March until 4th July the last date for the request was 29/6/2020. If you have a ticket purchased at VeneziaUnica Points or through the Call Center for Aida (scheduled from 23rd August until 13th September) please contact Vela Spa, Ticketing Office, sending by email to [email protected] a scan of your ticket not later than 05/08/2020. If you have a ticket purchased at VeneziaUnica Points or through the Call Center for La Traviata (scheduled from 27th August until 26th September) or for Il Trovatore (scheduled on 25th ad 27th September) please contact Vela Spa, Ticketing Office, sending by email to [email protected] a scan of your ticket not later than 22/08/2020.

The voucher will be issued within 30 days and will be valid for 18 months.

    • I have a ticket for an event scheduled from 20th May until 4th July: Due to the legislative decree DPCM 17-03-2020 n.18 converted into law 27/2020 subsequently modified by DL n.34 of 19/05/2020 you can ask for a voucher for the same amount of the ticket not later than 29th June 2020.
    • I have a ticket for an event scheduled from 8th March until 19th May: Due to the legislative decree DPCM 17-03-2020 n.18 converted into law 27/2020 subsequently modified by DL n.34 of 19/05/2020 you can ask for a voucher for the same amount of the ticket not later than 29th June 2020
    • I have a ticket for an event scheduled from 24th February until 7th March:
 If you have a ticket for an event cancelled from 24th February until 7th March, please contact Vela Spa, Ticketing Office to ask for a refund [email protected] (from Monday to Friday 9am until 3.30pm) not later than 18th June 2020.
