A multicultural group formed by Michelangelo Scandroglio, Tuscan double bass player already winner of the Tomorrow’s Jazz Award; Mindaugas Stumbras, a Lithuanian guitarist who grew up musically in Glasgow; Fergus McCreadie, Scottish pianist who perfectly embodies the tradition of his country with that of jazz; Mattia Galeotti, Tuscan drummer of a Swedish mother who is also very present in the Italian jazz scene. On stage a special guest: Francesco Bearzatti. Original music that looks at the cultural traditions of the countries of origin; simple and lyrical melodic ideas, typically folkloric, are intertwined with intense moments of improvisation where the group’s energy explodes. And Bearzatti’s saxophone blending in perfectly adding emphasis to the band’s dynamic shocks.
