2017 marks the 450th anniversary of Claudio Monteverdi’s birth (Cremona, 9th May 1567 – Venice, 29th November 1643) La Fenice Opera House is hosting Claudio Monteverdi Choir & Orchestras conducted by Sir John Eliot Gardiner.
